Dr. Gary is a lifelong educator who provides workshops and training's that are tailored specifically to her audience. She uses various modalities combining health education, psychology and sociological concepts, theory and statistical data to communicate information about current and relevant topics. Her presentation style is designed to get audiences involved by self-introspection, verbal participation and increase their desire to become advocates for purpose. She also provides an application piece for her workshops and training's to bring relevance and understanding to the academic concepts and statistics associated with purpose. She uses various modalities which include: Lecture, Interactive Workshop, Performance, Talk Back Session and Custom Design.

Children on Purpose:
This training-workshop uses the Eight Dimensions of Family Wholeness and the Five Pillars for Youthful Purpose to explore strategies for developing purpose in young children. The exploration of the dimensions and pillars will alert adults to the natural abilities, skills and talents of children and how to encourage continual growth in these areas.

Intentional Purpose:

The over exposure of adult media and mature topics makes it difficult to raise a family. Identifying your core values as a family unit, is the first step towards setting goals to minimizing society’s over exposure of adult media and mature topics. This training-workshop helps families identify core values, and how to implement steps geared towards gradual exposure of mature topics, at appropriate ages and in appropriate ways. The training-workshop also help families explore ways to maximize the implementation and facilitation of core values.


So Long Purpose:

Have you begun to question whether or not you have fulfilled your purpose? Has life taken over and your purpose taken a back seat? Are you beginning to question your purpose now that you have been blessed with the task of shaping the purpose of your children? This training-workshop will help you identify and begin to address issues that have kept you from pursuing your purpose. The keys needed to begin examining your purpose will be explored with action steps needed for you to start the journey of activating your purpose.


The Basic Eight:

Working as a university educator one of the most common concerns that are heard across college campuses by instructors are the ill-equip students who are entering college universities. Many parents do not realize that preparing children for a college education, trade education, professional career and/or self-employment should begin once a child has entered primary school. This training-workshop introduces eight points addressing relevant social capital and cultural capital that young adults should have entering college and the skills needed to navigate through college or trade school and towards a professional career and/or self-employment.

The Millennial Way

We are experiencing a major cultural divide. Each generation is finding it harder and harder to get along or identify with the previous generation. The goal is to learn from each other. Each generation has something to teach and we should listen.
